Suffer Little Children by Lavers, Barraud & Westlake (stylistic attribution). No date given (see Eberhard), in the east wall of the north chapel, St Nicholas Church, Thames Ditton, Surrey. An illustration of the text, "Suffer little children to come unto me" (Luke 18:16), was a popular choice for stained glass windows in churches, especially those near the font or in the Baptistery.
This window is dedicated "To the glory of God in loving memory of a little child." Beneath that is inscribed: "Also in memory of her parents, Alfred and Beatrice Howell, sometime of Boyle Cottage, Thames Ditton, and of their other sons and daughters, Cecilia, Beatrice, Freda, Edward, Oliver." Fortunately, this does not mean that the other sons and daughters died young: for example, Freda (1874-1957) made a good marriage, had four children of her own, and lived to a ripe old age (see Boulay 246-47).
