In a statue created by W. E. G[ladstone]., Queen Victoria, who offers to make both men baronets, holds a wreath, probably of laurel leaves, in one hand and a trumpet in the other as she stands between G. F. Watts, who rejects the honor, and John Everett Millias, who accepts it.
