1. No, I can't: the Victorian web, like the World Wide Web as a whole, is not a "send me" service. It's more like a library in which you have to find the information and make the connections yourself.
2. The purpose of most assignments is to
- help you learn how to find information and
- encourage you to learn how to do something with that information
As I pointed out to the angry mother who criticized me for not doing her child's assignment, asking someone else to do this kind of work for you is like having someone else lift weights for you -- and then wondering why you don't get stronger.
