Holy Trinity, Northwood, Greater London. The north aisle was added in 1894, but at least some of its windows were taken from the original nave wall, and date back to 1854 when the church was first completed (see Cherry and Pevsner 342, and listing text). These are thought to have been designed by the architect S. S. Teulon himself. In this one, the medallion, as seen in the close-up, depicts Joseph leading the donkey with Mary sitting sidesaddle and holding her baby tenderly. The colours are still brilliant.
