Design for a Tomb by Charles Sargeant Jagger. 1911. This was a clay or plaster model, submitted by Jagger for his Royal College of Art Diploma. It is featured, without any further discussion, by both McAllister and Ann Compton. It is the sort of complex tomb that one might find in St Paul's — Lord Leighton's, for example, designed by Thomas Brock and dating from 1902, which is also raised and has female figures at each end.
