Described as a "two-stage structure in an exuberant Baroque style" (McKenzie 352), this eye-catching piece is a tribute to the well-loved newspaper editor and Glasgow MP Sir Charles Cameron (1841-1926), who amongst much else was was one of the leading Temperance campaigners.
