The Honolulu Academy of the Arts has Whistler's 1881 painting, Arrangement in Black: Lady Meux, in which she wears a black sleeveless gown and gloves, tiara, and what appears to be a white fur floor-length evening cape. Illustrated in MacDonald et al, Whistler, Women, and Fashion, p. 163.
