Jean Fenwick writes that this work “is the centre panel of our church — Holy Trinity, Hull, East Yorkshire. The brothers G. & T. Earle paid for the work as a memorial to their parents George Foster Earle who died 18 February 1877 aged 63 years and Sarah Theodosia who died 16 April 1890 aged 72 years. The window contains the Crane & Sparrow motifs.” — e-mail (18 March 2014)
