The Royal Opera Arcade

Interior, The Royal Opera Aracde. London, by John Nash. 1816-18. >This beautiful and modestly scaled arcade is one of London's earliest (following the French invention of the type at the end of the eighteenth century) and was once part of Nash's grand Royal Opera House on the Haymarket, which burned down in 1867. — Jones and Woodward, 224.
