[Click on this image to enlarge it.] According to the British Listed Buildings site, Powell designed this Grade II listed “terrace of shops and flats . . .[in an] ornate Flemish and Renaissance style [as] part of the 1880s-90s rebuilding of Mount Street for the Grosvenor Estate.”
