West Smithfield Gardens at the centre of the round garden, which is partially surrounded” by the ramp leading down to the old underground station of the Metropolitan Railway. Materials: statue of Peace bronze; pedestal and vases Portland stone; basins polished granite. Signed on the south-east side of the statue's self-base: "J.B Philip."
