Lucy Dull is a high school graduate from Indiana, U.S.A., with a passion for history, especially the Victorian Era. She is currently applying to college, and hopes to pursue a degree in history. In the meantime, she enjoys assisting the editors of the Victorian Web on an informal basis. Her other interests include Victorian adventure fiction, American Civil War reenacting, and the USS Constitution.
