"Seymour Haden is pre-eminently a Landscape Etcher," says Sir Frederick Wedmore (139). Some of his landscapes are of scenes abroad or in different parts of Britain (firs in Scotland, a bridge in Wales and so on) but most are in or within easy reach of London, often of somewhere along the Thames – Haden was also a keen angler [continued below].
