The crew standing near the tender of the Argentine Central Class C Shay and the narrow gauge Union Tank Car Line (UTLX) no. 8125 immediately following it before a passenger run. This tank car, like UTLX 11058 and 12770, may have been built first for standard gauge around 1910-20 and later modified for narrow gauge. It seems very close to old time tank car kits from Roundhouse MDC GPL].
