This car was an experiment to see if a little chalk weathering and Dullcote would make this old Model Die Casting/Roundhouse kit look less like plastic. The experiment was a success, but of course as soon as the car sides began to look this good, I wondered, should I have shaved down all the grab irons, drilled holes, and replaced them? — GPL.
