Jesus Preaching; Suffer the Little Children; Raising Jairus's Daughter, by John Hardman & Co., installed in 1874 in William Butterfield's St Matthew's Church, Ashford, Surrey. This is the south window in the south transept, and it was installed in memory of Richard Gosling, who died in 1874. The first two subjects were popular ones for stained glass windows, but the raising of Jairus's daughter was rather less common — it is recounted in Matthew 9:18-26, Mark 5:21-43 and Luke 8:40–56.
