The seventh plate in the series “Mr. Brigg's Pleasures of Fishing.” The caption continues: “Somehow or other (assisted by his little boy Walter), he catches a jack, which, to use Mr. B's own words, flies at him and barks like a dog.” [Note how beautifully Leech has rendered the landscape background.]
