Dublin-born John Doyle was "the leading political cartoonist of the late 1820s and 1830s, working under the name 'H.B.'" (see "This Portrait"). Henry was the youngest of the three sons who all followed in his footsteps. [Click on image to enlarge it and mouse over text for links.]
