Binding for Sonnets by E.B.B.

Charles Ricketts

1897

Vellum

Exquisitely bound in full white pigskin with superb design by Charles Ricketts tooled in blind and gilt on both covers and spine. This is one of the celebrated vellum covers which Ricketts, while at the Vale Press, had bound for special purposes, many of which found there way into the hands of preferred clients (such as Laurence Hodson).
