Reredos by Thomas Earp in G. E. Street's St. Mary Magdalene in Paddington. [More distant view including altar] According to Father Stephenson's history of the church and its decorations, Mary Magdalene is depicted at the "foot of the Cross, with Our Lady beneath Our Lord's right hand and S John opposite her. The two outside figures are Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Salome. Beneath are the twelve apostles."
