Palmerston. Matthew Noble. Marble. 1869. The Reform Club, Pall Mall, London. Whereas the front of the base has just “Palmerston” the rear of the bust has the following inscription: (a) curved top: “Viscount Palmerston” at shoulder level and (b) on circular base: “M. Noble / London / 1869.”
