Holy Trinity Church
Architect: Sir George Gilbert Scott
1851-52
Westcott, Surrey
The south aisle was added in 1855. The church is "in 14th century Gothic or Decorative style, mainly in dressed flint and with a shingled spire.... The unusual mosaic reredos of coloured figures on a gold background was erected in 1882." The window behind it depicts the Ascension, and was presented to the church in 1883. It was made by James Powell & Son (Whitefriars) Limited. (Terry Wooden, "Holy Trinity Church, Westcott: Notes for Visitors").
