“A MEMORIAL tablet and bust have been erected in the western entrance-hall of the City of London School, in honour of the late Mr. Banning, City architect, whose professional services to the Corporation began with his design for that building. It was inaugurated by the Lord Mayor, some weeks ago on the occasion of the anniversary of the school.” [continued below]
