Jorge L. Contreras, B.A., B.S.E.E. Rice University, J.D. Harvard University, is a partner at the international law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Mr. Contreras, who specializes in intellectual property law, is based in Washington, D.C. He has published articles on art law and Pre-Raphaelite painting and recently completed a novel relating to the early years of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood.
