Sherlock Holmes fiction

The Sherlock Holmes fictions known as the 'Canon' were written by Arthur Conan Doyle in the years 1887-1927. They include four novels and five volumes of a total of sixty short stories. All the short stories appeared first in the Strand Magazine. Next they were published in book editions The following list refers to the publication in book editions.
